Learning to Feed Ourselves Again with author Meagan Francis

And her latest book The Last Parenting Book You’ll Ever Read: How We Let Our Kids Go and Embrace What's Next

I’ve had the pleasure of knowing

professionally for many years and have listened to countless hours of her podcast with , The Mom Hour, over the last six years; So when Meagan asked if I’d like to get a preview of her new book The Last Parenting Book You'll Ever Read: How We Let Our Kids Go and Embrace What's Next I immediately said “yes!”

Meagan has spent the last decade of her career talking about being in the trenches of parenthood and now she’s written the guide for parents getting their kids out the door as adults and everything that transition shifts.

Meagan and I talked about all the phases of feeding her family — from feeding 5 kids plus 2 adults, to cooking for herself after her divorce, and again shifting gears as she’s remarried and sent her kids off into the world. Plus how feeding ourselves gets more important in midlife, and, of course, what’s for dinner at her house tonight.

Grab Meagan’s book The Last Parenting Book You'll Ever Read: How We Let Our Kids Go and Embrace What's Next out today!
